Cancellations & Late Policy
At Studio M, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. We understand life happens, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please give us at least 24 hours notice. No shows or canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will result in an imposed fee of 50% of the service booked. If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment it is up to the stylist if they will proceed with the service.
